Jay Pottenger is a postgraduate in Mental Health and Neuroscience and an accredited Mindfulness & Meditation coach. 

After 15 years working for some of Australia’s largest organisations, Jay now works as a motivational speaker with companies across the globe. He helps teams understand how their brain works, giving them practical tools to strengthen their focus so they perform and feel their best.
